Own a Piece of American History at Cornwall Green

Did you know our newest move-in ready Leesburg home also holds a piece of American history, too? Our 1762 House was said to have been the holding place for the Declaration of Independence during the summer of 1814 when the British invaded Washington. More than 200 years later, we’ve completely renovated the interior of the house while still maintaining its charming brick exterior, and now it can be yours!

Welcoming guests with a stately brick exterior that has been maintained for more than 200 years, our only remaining Cornwall Green home’s brand-new interior features a charming entryway, two brick fireplaces, sun-drenched living spaces, and a second-floor balcony.
