Custom homes are one-of-a-kind homes, where your floorplans are designed from scratch. Whereas a semi-custom home allows you to personalize floorplans that have already been built and tested in another community or on another lot. In some cases, you can even walk a semi-custom home prior to building, if the home is available for preview.
With Evergreene’s semi-custom homes, we have a library of floorplans for you to choose from and often there will be several homes available for preview. Our Signature Homes program allows you to select a floorplan from our large portfolio of Signature homes, which you can then personalize with a wide variety of selections, upgrades, and options – which will result in a home that is uniquely yours.
Instead of blindly building your home, you will be able to view a virtual tour of many of our floorplans or visit one of our numerous open houses throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware. All our selections are available to preview online prior to coming to our Design Center and meeting with one of our Design Specialists. These resources allow you to preview your desired floorplan and selections in advance of your meeting with Evergreene, this saves time and helps you to visualize your design selections for your semi-custom dream home.
