Evergreene and Homeowners Recognized by the Town of Vienna Community Enhancement Council

Earlier this week, Evergreene Homes and 33 of our homeowners were recognized by the Town of Vienna Community Enhancement Council and the Town Council for excellence in home energy efficiency. As part of a program that encourages building homes that are more comfortable and have an overall lower impact on the environment, the Town of Vienna awarded Evergreene because it achieved HERS scores of 70 or better on each of the 34 homes. Evergreene Homes has been consistently building homes that achieve an average HERS score of 55 as part of our commitment to home energy efficiency and homeowner comfort.
