Evergreene Homes | The Robey | Miller’s Reserve
Our new Robey model design started with looking at the beautiful location with views of the mountains and green spaces of Loudoun County and designing the homes to compliment the topography of the land. The open-concept design was married with the lifestyle and functionality for today’s buyers.
To capture the best views from multiple rooms in our homes and to provide the most natural light as possible, the 10-foot first floor ceiling opens the home with walls of windows and grand doors stretching from the Morning Room to the first floor Owner’s Suite. This space is tied together with a Screen Porch. The stunning gourmet Kitchen opens to both the Great Room and the Morning Room – a real social hub of the house.
The elevation design captures that expansive estate look that fits nicely with the natural environment. The design team’s goal was a farmhouse look that had porches and an attachment to the land. Overall, all the models for this community were designed and selected specific for the community to ensure the houses weren’t too vertical or detracted from the beautiful location with the views of rolling Virginia hill country!
